Around West Plains Speedway - Mid Season Points Winners

West Plains, Missouri

West Plains, MO (June 27, 2009) This week West Plains Propane and West Plains Motor Speedway honored those drivers who are currently leading in the points races. High temperatures and humidity didn't deter the faithful fans and 94 race teams in attendance.

During the intermission break in action, Brad Lawrence and David Moss, representing West Plains Propane, presented engraved plaques to the current top driver. That included: Jeff McGhee of Van Buren, Fastrak Late Model, Shawn Walsh of Ash Flat, AR, IMCA Modified, Kevin Collins of West Plains, Super Stock, John Stiner of West Plains, Hobby Stock, Clifford Collins of West Plains, Cruiser and we had a tie in the Youth Hobby division, Dakota Frost of West Plains and A.J. Smith of Mammoth Spring.
